In 2022, MIR Belting donated to Monarch Jewelry (Crisis Aid International), a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness and funds for American survivors of sex trafficking. The donation went towards the equipment replacement and upgrades the volunteers needed to expand their product offerings.

 Training

MIR Belting is dedicated to continuous improvement, both for our customers and employees. As a team member, you will participate in trainings and workshops that will help you become the best in the field. MIR will support your professional development with training and opportunities to grow your experience. Your engagement and achievements will be recognized and rewarded to make you feel satisfied and appreciated. We are committed to providing the knowledge and skills needed for success in the belting industry.

Production

As a fabrication technician, you will shadow an experienced belt fabricator, learning the basics of belting fabrication, product knowledge, and applications used on production lines. As you continue to grow and learn, benchmarks and knowledge-based tests are provided to help you advance your skill set. MIR prides itself on promoting and advancing from within and will provide you with all the tools and opportunities to do so, with a special focus on our training program where pay increases as your skills increase.

Customer Solutions

MIR Belting fosters the growth of our Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) across the country with a tailored training program. Our CSRs are guided by a dedicated trainer who supports them through a comprehensive training regimen, allowing them to progress through diferent skill levels – from Customer Solutions Associates to Specialists and Experts. We organize our department into teams, each consisting of individuals at varying skill levels, fostering collaboration and a robust support network for all team members.

Sales

MIR’s sales team is the best trained in the belting industry, with all sales trainees receiving comprehensive 6-month product, systems, and application training. This training, combined with hands-on fabrication experience and access to a global vendor base, equips our team to deliver optimal solutions for our customers’ complex challenges.
