The Butina conveyor belt application can be very demanding due to the weight of the hogs, and debris from the field that can damage the belt.

MIR’s new belt technology offers a completely sealed splice instead of a rubber overlap splice, providing increased reliability and resistance to damage caused by debris. The technology also allows hogs to transfer easier, relieving back-pressure as the hogs transfer to the next conveyor.
